Expert Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment for Anxiety and Related Disorders

Quiet Mind CBT is a specialty practice dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, evidence-based care for a broad range of anxiety and related disorders. We are a team of highly-trained, licensed clinical psychologists with decades of experience providing psychological services. We treat adolescents and adults in a warm, engaging, and collaborative atmosphere.

Life-changing therapy is a combination of art and science.  Because no treatment can be effective without a warm, dynamic, and collaborative relationship.  The “art” of psychotherapy is delivering the science in a way that is most effective for each patient. Dr. Turovsky and her team are committed to bringing the spirit of collaboration to every session and deepening the therapeutic relationship with humor and trust. Change is not easy, and exposure therapy is at times uncomfortable and challenging.  Working with a therapist you look forward to seeing each week makes the process much more comfortable and even rewarding.  We dare say that sometimes it can be fun!
