What We Do

We utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to treat individuals struggling with Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and other conditions.

CBT is a focused and goal-oriented approach, with an emphasis on achieving meaningful and lasting change. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is currently considered the gold standard of care for people struggling with a variety of psychological difficulties.

We work closely with each patient’s clinical and/or medical team and often involve partners and family members in treatment when appropriate.  When working with teens and young adults, we also collaborate with schools and universities to help provide necessary accommodations.
