Our Approach

We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, phobias, depression, bipolar disorder, and related concerns.

CBT is a focused, active, and goal-oriented approach to treatment that helps people understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify the patterns that may be keeping people stuck and develop practical strategies for creating meaningful and lasting change. Backed by decades of research, CBT is widely considered the treatment of choice for many anxiety and mood disorders, while ERP is recognized as the gold-standard treatment for OCD and many anxiety disorders.

We believe that successful treatment often extends beyond the therapy office. We work closely with each client's treatment team and, when appropriate, involve partners, parents, and other family members in the therapeutic process. When working with teens and young adults, we frequently collaborate with schools, colleges, and universities to support academic success and help secure appropriate accommodations.
